Women in Tech – that’s us!<\/h2>\n

Women in Tech e.V. is a cross-industry, non-profit organisation with the aim of promoting diversity in technical professions. We focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland – that’s why our main communication is held in German. Our contribution to a more equal and diverse society is to encourage girls and women in particular to take up a technical profession and to facilitate dialogue.<\/p>\n

To achieve this, we organise digital and local events, showcase role models and form a strong and diverse network of companies, educational institutions and other organisations. In collaboration with our partners, we offer our free mentorship programme (exclusively for members), workshops, career coaching and much more.<\/p>\n

Even though we are called \u2018Women in Tech e.V.\u2019, we are by no means exclusively open to women. We want to promote diversity and equality and include all genders.<\/p>\nLearn more<\/a>\n<\/div><\/div>
